Returns

We provide returns for faulty and wrong size items about your gear, so don't worry; you have 21 days from the delivery date to return it. We do not provide returns for not liking the items purchased. A good reason must be given upon contacting our support team. 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

 

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must not be worn, washed or altered in any way. 
  • Items on discount or on sale will not be eligible for return. 
  • Returns will not be accepted if the original swing tag has been cut off. 
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that are shipped after the 21-day grace period has expired or for items that are not returned to us in their original condition. 

RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM?

 

We are sorry that you received a faulty item! 

Please contact customer support and provide photo evidence of the fault and we will work quickly to get this resolved for you.

Please do not return any damaged goods unless advised by a member of our support team, it may result in a slower resolution time.

All claims for parcels arriving damaged must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.

 

RETURNS INFORMATION

We currently only offer FREE returns in the USA and on your first return. 

If you're outside of the USA you will be responsible for the cost of your return.

*Please note it can take up to 21 days for us to process your return from the date we receive it.
